1. THE ZONES OF HALL9

Hall9 has several zones. The rules for the use of the different zones are described in the HOUSE RULES. These rules form an integral part of these GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. Failure to comply with the rules may result in denial of access to the various zones and services of Hall9.

The purchase of DAY PASSES, MULTI-ENTRY CARDS, PACKAGES or SUBSCRIPTIONS implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions and the house rules.

The HANGTIME CAFE is open to the public.

The BOULDER ZONE is located to the right of the entrance and is only accessible to holders of a BOULDER ZONE DAY PASS, BOULDER ZONE MULTI-ENTRY CARD, BOULDER ZONE SUBSCRIPTION or BOULDER ZONE PACKAGE who have correctly checked in.

The TRAINING ZONE, on the mezzanine, is part of the BOULDER ZONE and is only accessible to persons aged 13 or older who hold a valid BOULDER ZONE access pass.

The KIDS ZONE is located to the left of the entrance and consists of a Ninja Warrior course, a Boulder Island with slide and a climbing wall with ropes. Access rules for the KIDS ZONE depend on the time of day:

On Saturday and Sunday afternoons between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM, the KIDS ZONE is exclusively accessible to children aged 4 to 14. During these hours, a Hall9 supervisor is present and a reservation is required. The conditions for these reservations are described in article 2.1.

During all other opening hours, the KIDS ZONE is freely accessible to anyone with a valid BOULDER ZONE or KIDS ZONE access pass. No reservation is required. Holders of a BOULDER ZONE DAY PASS who are already present at Hall9 before 1:00 PM on Saturday or Sunday may use the KIDS ZONE until 1:00 PM. From 1:00 PM onwards, the KIDS ZONE is only accessible on those days with a KIDS ZONE reservation.

Children who hold a valid KIDS ZONE access pass may also enter the BOULDER ZONE under certain conditions. These conditions are described in the house rules.

2. PRICES

FUTURE PRICES: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices and introduce cancellation fees at a future date, but we will inform you in advance, with sufficient notice should you wish to cancel your membership without additional costs. If you currently benefit from a preferential rate (under 13 or under 27), the price of your subscription will be automatically adjusted in the month following your 13th or 27th birthday.

IDENTIFICATION: When you register as a member of Hall9, we ask for some personal details and take a photo. If you wish to benefit from the discounted rates of our subscriptions and multi-entry cards, we must be able to identify you. If you do not wish us to retain this identification data, you will not be able to use these discounted rates. The same applies to the various services such as classes and birthday parties. For certain payment applications such as SEPA, it is also necessary to retain specific data. You can find more information in our Privacy Policy.

2.1. KIDS ZONE PRICES

On Saturday and Sunday afternoons between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM, the KIDS ZONE is only accessible by reservation through our website or at the Hall9 reception desk. Your reservation starts promptly at the indicated time. Latecomers may be denied access. In this case, the reservation will not be refunded and rescheduling is not possible.

Reservations can be cancelled online or at the Hall9 reception desk up to 24 hours before the start time. The paid amount will be credited to your account as "CLUB CREDIT". This club credit can be used for future admissions and bar purchases. Under no circumstances can the amount be refunded in whole or in part in cash or by bank transfer. A cancellation less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded under any circumstances.

During all other opening hours, the KIDS ZONE is freely accessible with a valid access pass, without reservation.

For regular use of the KIDS ZONE (outside of birthday parties), the maximum number of children per group is 4. For groups of more than 4 children, please contact us by email: hello@hall9.be.

For the youngest visitors, there is a toddler boulder. This can be used free of charge for children under 4 years old. If children under 4 do use the climbing infrastructure in the Kids Zone, they must also pay. They will be charged half the children's admission price.
